I loved the relax nature of the class - not just the subject matter, but the whole vibe. I liked how there was no pressure or expectation to make the babies conform and join in, but rather to go at our own pace and feed when we needed to feed or change when we needed to change etc. The massage course itself was so informative and a lovely experience all round. I really enjoyed learning about baby development and how massage can support them. It was also lovely to talk about all things parenting as a group and share our experiences with one another, swapping advice and stories. A real valuable exercise. I’ve gained a whole wealth of knowledge about how to support my baby’s development! The welcome packs were a lovely touch and being invited to a WhatsApp group felt really inclusive. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and will recommend it to all my mummy friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience and equipping me with a lovely way to bond with my baby.

Thank you so much! This was our first mum and baby course and it has given me confidence to take Violet to other baby groups. We loved how relaxed the class is and how we could spend good quality time together. She is definitely more relaxed after a massage and always sleeps after the session! It helped with bonding and we got to meet other parents and babies who live locally. We were so welcomed into class. We were recommended from someone who had done ante-natal yoga with Nicki and found it so friendly. The whole thing is great!

The baby massage course was such a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Although baby slept through many of the classes, I didn't feel it was a waste (like other classes can do). I learnt the skills to do the massages at home and did throughout the course and ever since. It gave me confidence with my baby's body and extra bonding time, particularly at a time I was finding it tough. It also gave me the chance to meet other mums and we have met up since. Thank you - It was brilliant and has made such a difference to me and baby at this stage of his little life!

The baby massage classes were so very welcome! Nicki is easy to chat to, has a wealth of knowledge about her subject matter and genuinely cares about all the mums and babies in her classes. Even if the baby sleeps thoroughout the entire class, you still feel like you are getting something out of the class. Noah understands when the massage is about to happen because of the cues Nicki teaches us and he is instantly relaxed and open to it. He loves it and I love the bonding opportunity it gives us. I loved the attention to detail of each class and the fact there is a full lesson plan. It's is also great there is no pressure. The resources at the end are amazing (along with the graduation goodies!).

The baby massage course was the first group I attended as a new mum. Nicki made us feel wonderfully welcome at every session. I really appreciated the flexibility to be a mother as well as a class participant. The encouragement given to us to tend to our babies throughoutnthe class as needed without fear of disrupting the session was so important. I wouldn't change anything about the classes :-)

The classes were really well structured and Nic was always so friendly and welcoming. (It was) a really lovely way to start the week! Nic also broke down the massage techniques really clearly and it was really easy to follow. My little one loves getting a massage every day now. (I also) loved that Nic would also give us examples of when the massages can be used in the future, for example when little one is teething. (The baby massage course is) well worth attending.

I liked that there were activities for baby but also a time for just me to stretch in the parent & baby yoga classes. Nicki made sure she knew everyone's names and spoke to everyone (including) the babies. Albert loved the songs and activities. We still do some of the songs now. He still loves zoom zoom zoom!

Ante-natal yoga classes set me up for being able to cope with labour by covering different movements that would be beneficial. I gained a greater awareness of relaxation and how important it would be to giving birth. I had never engaged with relaxation previously and so glad I did. The simple stretches I could do at home were great for when I just needed to move about and stretch to loosen muscles. Having the opportunity to meet other new mums - with the class moving online due to COVID the WhatsApp group has been great and gives the opportunity for us all to ask questions to other mums. I was always made to feel welcome at class. Nicki created a very relaxed atmosphere.

The parent and baby yoga classes allowed me time to focus on myself for a short while and on post-natal recovery. Also learning about exercises that help my daughter's gross motor development. Nicki had a relaxed and friendly manner. Baby enjoyed the moveemnt, songs and interaction in class. We sing the same songs at home to help remember the class. Movements in class have helped reduce aches when rocking baby at night.

I did ante-natal yoga online & in the venue. It really helped my labour both times, the techniques & movements. Nikki is so welcoming, her tone, kindness, flexibility all makes you want to come back. The class was perfect - we really enjoyed how calm Nikki was and the friendships we gained within the class.

Yoga & somatic movement classes online are structured well, it’s clear a lot of thought has gone in to the planning of each one. My reason for starting was that I had a bad back and felt very stressed. The classes helped significantly with both. Nicki is so warm and friendly. Even though I never met her in person she made me feel so welcome. Nicki has a lovely relaxing voice and I always felt very calm and relaxed after the classes.

Rebecca, 2022

Nicki’s warm, friendly and has a good sense of humour - she doesn’t take herself too seriously so you feel comfortable talking about anything and doing anything. The classes don’t have a rigid plan so able to ask other questions & there’s lots of information given.  I slept much better throughout pregnancy & was able to make more space for baby as well as for me to breathe as the bump got bigger.

As a physiotherapist myself, Nicki’s knowledge is amazing, felt completely safe in her care with both ,my pregnancies and have since recommended her to all my patients x

Amber, 2022

I have been attending Nicki’s yoga class for many years now. Nicki is an excellent teacher whose passion for yoga shines through in her teaching and the way she interacts with the class. I always feel uplifted and get a good night’s sleep after my class. Its’s a win/win situation.

Liz, 2021

Nicki & her classes are amazing! I have been lucky to experience her ante-natal yoga class, her baby yoga class & now her baby massage class. She is truly invested in her mothers, babies & their families. Nicki is incredibly knowledgeable & always shares tips & information regarding pregnancy, labour & post-natal care for babies & mums. The sessions are relaxed & you are instantly made to feel welcome & at ease regardless of if your baby is joining in, feeding, sleeping or being vocal! Would 100% recommend Nicki’s classes whatever stage you are at on your parenting journey.

Emma, 2021

I love the way the classes are so relaxed. Nicki takes time to check in with everyone to see how they are too as often mums are forgotten. It’s a wonderfully welcoming class where you can discuss what’s going on in your life in a friendly & supportive environment. I love the one to one time it gives me with Luke. His big smile & full belly laughs when he’s having a massage are incredible. I often hear Nicki’s voice when I need a moment of calm in my day. She has supported me through ante-natal yoga, baby yoga, normal yoga & now baby massage & we are truly blessed to have her wonderful classes x

Heather, 2021

Baby massage is the highlight of my week. The atmosphere is gorgeous from the moment you come in. It is so clear that every parent & baby is welcome. Whatever has happened that week or morning is left at the door so you can enjoy this moment with your baby. Nicki embraces us all with her words, intent & complete focus on us. So many baby groups focus on the educational benefits for the children, but this is about families. Bonds. Us time. We feel cared for & nurtured during this time & I know this feeling will remain with me & my baby long after the sleepless nights. Nicki truly embodies the term “when a baby is born, so is a mother” x x

Laura, 2021

The baby massage classes have been good for my mental health. I’ve had a really bad time since Harrison was born for various different reasons but that time that we are in the room is my time to forget everything else & focus solely on my wonderful little boy 💙

Sarah, 2021

For us, the class is more than just baby massage. Its so nice to feel part of a group. We are not numbers like in some classes. Every week Nicki is so great & takes consideration of everyone. Great time to disconnect from the rest of the world & only consider the Love between a baby & his mother.

Soreya, 2021

Baby massage has really helped Riley, mostly with his tummy issues. He was constantly holding onto his wind & had colic twice by the time he was 5 weeks old. He’s now not suffering with trapped wind anymore, hasn’t had colic & is even having bowel movements more regularly without the painful straining. Apart from the health benefits we both love it, he loves being massaged & I love the fact that Friday mornings is all about me & Riley, no interruptions, just Riley & mommy time. It’s so relaxing for both of us.

I can highly recommend Nicki for yoga, she concentrates on awareness of how the body feels during the practice. Her teaching is practical & suits many levels of her yogis. Her bright personality will always bring a smile during our sessions.

Joy, 2021

I have attended Nicki’s antenatal yoga, baby yoga & also the baby massage classes. Nicki is such a lovely welcoming person. Her classes are so calm, welcoming & full of laughter too. She is so knowledgeable in what she teaches. I always feel relaxed coming out of a class with Nicki & also more well equipped to deal with pregnancy/motherhood outside of the classes! Highly recommend (both face to face & zoom classes).

Nicki’s ante-natal yoga classes are just amazing. It is perfect for feeling connected to your body & baby during pregnancy. It helps you to commit to having some time for yourself & feel great. Everything we learnt was super beneficial when it came to my birth too. Nicki really listens to your needs for the week & helps to adapt the class to fit with you. The classes are also a great way of meeting mums to be with similar due dates to yourself, definitely would recommend. I will be back if I fall pregnant again!

The baby massage class is a lovely time to bond with your baby. I found it gave me an hour of completely undivided attention for my daughter & she loved that. She found it so relaxing & was always very sleepy after class. The techniques learnt during classes I plan on using for many years to come (for as long as my daughter lets me!).

Ruth, 2021

I loved doing yoga sessions with Nicki throughout my pregnancy and was recommended by my friend, Kate who was due her little one two days before me. I felt really welcomed into the class and as a complete exercise-phobe, yoga was just the perfect way for me to keep my body moving gently as baby grew. The way Nicki teaches about the body and birth and various positions and stretches for labour, and breathing techniques were helpful. I managed to draw on them in early labour especially. It was great to meet other mums to be too. Once coronavirus hit it meant classes needed to go online and these were delivered brilliantly.

Hannah, 2020

This was my second time going to Nicki’s yoga classes and I loved them just as much this time as the first time round.  Nicki is so welcoming and calming and the stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques she teaches have 100% helped me throughout both of my labours and births. Nicki also explains things in a way that helps you visualise how your body might work during labour and birth. There are always lots of lovely ladies there to chat with and it’s great to have support from other mums-to-be.  I’m counting down the days until I’ll be able to join in again with my third baby!

Kate, 2020

Nicki is a great teacher. I’ve been to antenatal and mum and baby classes. Nicki creates a really relaxing space and tailors the class to what you need.

Angela, 2020

I started anti-natal yoga with Nicki almost 11 years ago to help with my back problems and pregnancy. I’ve since enjoyed mum & baby yoga, more anti natal yoga, another stint of baby yoga and eventually just some “me time” yoga which is just amazing!

Ella, 2020

Was my first experience of any type of yoga what so ever , the antenatal class was very relaxing and was a good laugh too , would definitely recommend.

Beth, 2020

Great class. Love this yoga. I’d recommend.

Nicky is a wonderful class leader/instructor, ever patient, calming, encouraging and understanding. Would recommend the baby yoga class to anybody wanting a lovely relaxed time with their baby, was a very welcome weekly time out from life for me and both my babies.

Aalia, 2019

Nicki is a wonderful teacher, which helps you on your yoga path …

Vlad, 2015

Totally brilliant class and teacher. I loved going to the antenatal and mum and baby yoga. One day I went to the mum and baby class just to go to sleep for the morning as me and my son had a really horrible night and morning. Felt totally safe just relaxing and sleeping. Thank you Nicki xxx
