I’ve loved diving deeper into post-natal rehab yoga this year, but it seems Mums want classes for BOTH them & baby together so I’m thrilled to say post-natal MUM & BABY YOGA IS BACK! These classes are designed to support Mum on the post-natal journey & also to promote & assist baby’s development in the first year after birth. I’ve been proud to offer these classes since 2007, so you will join a long line of Mums & Babies who have moved, breathed, stretched & relaxed together . Check out the reviews to find out what people have said about these wonderful classes. But don’t worry - you will still get great yoga to specifically address any post-natal issues you may have, from pelvic discomfort or pelvic floor dysfunction, to shoulder problems or back ache. NEW SCHEDULE - CLASSES 2024

As classes for 2023 come to a close, I am excited for our new start in the new year! The new yoga & massage schedule looks like this: -

MONDAYS - 09.45am baby massage , 11.45am post-natal mum & baby yoga, 7.15pm ante-natal yoga

TUESDAYS - 7.00pm yoga & somatic movement (face-to-face)

WEDNESDAYS - 7.00pm yoga & somatic movement (online)

The next baby massage starts Monday 20th May. Post-natal Mum & Baby Yoga starts Monday 8th April. Yoga & somatic movement classes continue to run throughout the year, as usual.

For all classes (except baby massage) don’t forget, you can purchase a discounted class pass to make each class even better value. No longer will you miss out on classes you can’t attend. I aim to be as accommodating & flexible as possible. Nothing about yoga should make life more stressful!
