YOGA & SOMATIC MOVEMENT CLASSES ON DEMAND
If you’d love to join us for class but are unable to, why not sign up for the online classes? If you can’t attend “live”, you can pay to receive a receive a link to the recorded class to practise at home at a time to suit you! All class recordings are available for at least one month - usually two - so that you can re-watch & practise again & again, as many times as you like. Anyone who attends the class live also gets the link included in the cost of the class. Nothing about yoga should make life more stressful so now you can enjoy weekly classes anytime - to suit you!
